An Introduction to Meshing in Victory Process

Introduction

Victory Process (VP) uses two types of mesh to represent the structure:

  • The geometry mesh, which is used to represent the material regions
  • The volume mesh, which is used to represent the volume data (doping etc)

These two meshes are independent of each other. The following article provides a brief introductory overview of these meshes at an application level along with their definition in a simulation.
