\"\"Jim Avant is a senior hardware and software engineer in Silvaco\u2019s IP Division. He is the primary designer for several digital soft IP designs including the Secure AHB Subsystem. Prior to joining Silvaco in 2017, Jim was a senior design engineer at SoC Solutions. He has an extensive background in RTL digital logic design, digital signal processing, and embedded C programming.<\/p>\n

Jim Avant holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering (BEE) from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia.<\/p>\n
