The three new models are selected according to LEVEL selector.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"regular\">LEVEL = 26 selects the BSIM3SOI2FD (Fully depleted) model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"regular\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"regular\">LEVEL = 27 selects the BSIM3SOI2DD (Dynamic depletion) model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"regular\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"regular\">LEVEL = 29 selects the BSIM3SOI2PD (Partially depleted) model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The\u00a0<b><i>SmartSpice<\/i><\/b>\u00a0implementation of the three models is close but not identical to the UC Berkeley releases.
